Swimming PoolWith the hot weather, and many people headed to the pool, a new study indicated that pools may be a nasty place for germs and bacteria. Out of respect for your neighbors who are also using the pool, please take a shower before entering the pool and keep your own internal waste to yourself and use proper restrooms to insure a safe, healthy environment for everyone.

Also, it never hurts to ask the pool manager or a lifeguard what type of quality checks they use to determine if the water is safe or not. Some type of Quality Control System should be in place at every pool.

Please do your part and respect others this summer who are escaping the heat this summer to go to the local pool.

The following news story released this past week really disturbed me and surprised me about the lack of respect shown to people who use public swimming pools.
